Thanks for re-posting that excellent summary of the meeting. As expected you are correct about Ed's thoughts on IPO's. It remains to be seen if his reluctance ends up handicapping TVoW or AENTV's expansion rate by limiting their funding. In a way his slowness to IPO is a good sign because it indicates that both subsidiaries are cash flowing well enough that for the time being the money from Ampex is enough to fund their rapid growth. It is nice to hear that Micronet and DST are doing well. I wonder about the auction channel. With so many in that field, what new can Ampex bring? Carl
