I agree with you guys that it is definitely an art. Every time the market changes and the indicators turn I get a little more experience as to how to deal with everything. Reading Toms and other posters insights and watching things unfold gives me more confidence for future changes. I have the extra challenge of applying p&f to canadian stocks, mostly on my own, and it has improved my performance nicely. No more guessing. I am suspect of anything that is a 'blackbox' type of tool (just look at LT capital last year) but was curious as to whether anything mechanical had been tried before.
