Yes, it makes perfect sense that BKP will operate at the production stage. I understand that ELK (Bellevue) will remain operator through the completion of the drilling operations on the replacement well. I am uncertain as to which party will be responsible for completing and equipping a successful replacement well but I do not think it matters a lot.
