Zeev, I don't know if Tyneside would be included. If I remember, it is equipped and is state of the art. IMO, it should be. I doubt whether obsolete fabs (less than 200mm wafers) would be included. But the fact is all I have is a number thrown out as an answer to a Q in a conference call. I don't know whether Shells have a useful life as well. i.e. - Do clean room specs change in a fashion that even using SMIF, one still has to start from scratch. Essentially, the number causes me to believe that the ramp up may be more sudden and more steep than we've seen in past recoveries. But I just don't know for certain. Ian.
