Technology Partnership Results in
Multi-Million Dollar Contract for
UniComp

Partnership to Capitalize on Burgeoning Windows NT Server Growth

MARIETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 1999-- UNICOMP INC. (Nasdaq: UCMP -
news), a provider of innovative business solutions, including software reengineering tools, today
announced that UniComp's subsidiary, Unibol Inc., has signed a contract with one of the world's
leading Enterprise-wide application software providers.

Under the terms of the agreement, Unibol's UNIBOL400 for NT, will be utilized to facilitate the
rapid development of an applications suite designed specifically for the fastest growing server
platform, Windows NT. According to UniComp President and CEO, Stephen A. Hafer, the
four-year multi-million dollar software and support contract is projected to contribute revenue in the
mid-seven figure range with 60% of this revenue expected to be earned in the Company's current
fiscal year ending February 28, 2000. The remaining 40% will be earned prorata over the next three
years. The terms of the relationship and the identity of the partner are confidential.

''Unibol's role in this technology partnership is to provide a suite of component libraries extending
the range of application services provided by Windows NT,'' said Unibol UK Managing Director,
Ian Graham and Unibol U.S. President J. Patrick Henry. ''We believe this strategic partnership will
greatly enhance our presence in the industry as we continue to deliver enterprise class NT
technology solutions to major software developers and Fortune 2000 companies.''

According to Project Manager and Technical Architect Simon James, a 12-man development team
has invested over 125 man years in the development leading up to the availability of UNIBOL400
for NT. ''UNIBOL400 for NT is a suite of application development and execution tools that
provides a cost-effective solution allowing the deployment of applications on both the AS/400 and
NT platform from a single set of source code,'' commented James. ''The product also offers
independent AS400 software developers a fast-track approach to selling their existing software
applications to a much broader market as the Windows NT platform is expected to account for over
35 percent of the server market by the year 2000,'' added James.
