That was a nice touch by RA. A TM t-shirt -- cool!

Patrick and his wife are down here for the weekend. Played scrabble until midnight. They went to bed and I went to work. Made up for it though and did not get up until 2. Went and saw Star Wars. Interesting movie.

Hope you hit your target on painting the boat. I know its been a monstrous undertaking. Probably wont review the charts until Monday.

TM, Some preliminary analysis!

I predict that bear meat will be featured on the menu this week. Looks like a rotation back into tech and drugs and that should get the bears running for cover.

The weekly chart of MSFT looks like a breakout. It's also above the $80 Pivot Point. Ms. Softie could take the whole sector with her. That would be great for my premature entry points into DELL and INTC.

The good news on INTC is that I believe that it will go back to $60 this week. The bad news is that has to break $55 first. In any case, I think I'll put my sell order in at $59 7/8 and just sit back and relax. DELL needs to break $35, and I'm not sure where she goes after that.

Patrick and Kev choose to conquer a new game tonight, so I got to go play!

In any case, I think this is going to be a fun week. I also believe that we will finally see the market tipping its hand to the formation of a trading range. This will be healthy while the weekly catches up. Nevertheless, short term we need to have a bearish bias and only trade in the direction of the 60-min OEX.

It's hard to ignore that the weekly OEX just provided its first sell signal since October and the daily only tested the parabolic negative down trend line. However, the short-term shows a 1% upward move just to test this down trend line; and, I believe, this will be the key to our understanding what happens next.
