Eli74; Referring to your post #11552, Iridium. Too many managers, particularly engineering types, don't use professional designers because they think that good design is easy or they don't care about it and they believe they can do it themselves thus, saving a buck. I would add that they could have used an industrial designer. If they had, had a good one they would have been told, right away, that the product, in that form, wouldn't sell and perhaps, saved their company.Motorola today, is not in that camp. It has learned it's lessons from previous marketing failures which could have been avoided. Bill
