Couldn't China implement CDMA via Nokia/Ericsson? The companies are not U.S., but the tech is. So what, they use other U.S. discoveries/inventions such as hydrogen bombs, if and when it suits their overall goals/objectives. Does anybody think they'll give these up because they're American? So why not continue to march with CDMA, if it is truly in their socio/economic/political/military interests? If this tech is superior, and they want to be superior global players, then they will go with it.

Anybody disagree?
