Easily a reverse stock split ie 2 shares equals one or a lot of publicity and announcements which they totally lack, otherwise it would be about 7 or 8 bucks, don't you think?

LT, agree this is looking like a less likely scenario, but would expect they would go ahead and prepare the paperwork. If there is recovery in share price they would simply submit the application at that time. From a practical standpoint, NASDAQ small cap & OTCBB may not be that different, since the SEC will start phasing in the full disclosure regulations that will apply to both exchanges from July, 1999 to June, 2000.
