Pruguy, Ed Forest, Jenne, 49erSteve, TA, or any AOL fellow owner, I need some inputs from questions that I cannot figure it out myself, your opinions will be greatly appreciated:

(1) We all know if AOL strikes a deal with ATT/ATHM, AOL's stock price
will shoot thru the roof, and we all know why, my question is
besides 'pipe rental fee' from AOL, what ATT or ATHM gets?

Will a deal kill ATHM on the spot? If so, why a deal is possible?

(2) If congress and FCC do go along changing the law, AOL's stock price definitely will shot thru the roof, again, ATT/ATHM
are definitely the loser, if so, ATT/ATHM must know, and their
knowledge can play an important role of 'when' to go along with
a deal, if ATT do not think it is possible in near term, will
ATT/ATHM rush to make a deal with AOL?

Thanks for any inputs, I cannot figure them out myself...

Thanks again.
