<<"Did you catch "60 MINUTES" this past weekend">> No! And if it had started
while watching TV I would have changed the channel. I work with this stuff 50++ hours
a week and try to forget about it on the weekends..
<<"Guess I just see this as a more serious than you do.">>
Possibly you do as I work with it every day. Chips are the biggest problem.. HVACs
etc. Most everything has a workaround to function at least in reduced capacity but all
known will be or have been replaced in most organizations/companies. Finding controls
such as Johnson DSC 8500s (these will not work and must be replaced--- avg cost
$1450 parts & labor) are easy to spot-- you just have to know what you are looking
for. Nearly everyone who has this type of equipment is aware of what they need to do.
Many agencies have different F/Y dates beginning in Sept. Try a subscription to Federal
Computer Week. It talks of the problem areas and what is still to be done.
There will be problems. The world will not end! We will survive. Be ready but no one
can prepare for all that is predicted and nearly all will be a waste of time and resouces
but prepareation is needed for a short period. Those preparing for the worst for months
would be better off with plan B --- like a relative in another area for a SHORT period.

Could d.s. be in trouble for stock fraud promotion????

Hmn. The article you posted was long and familiar. Some of the "investment " companies names I have heard before.

Are you inferring d.s. may have been a paid shill?

Do you think he was a long short or a short long?

d.s. could be MaryAnn?

Why watch Jerry Springer? This could be the start of something fabulous!

david. david! david!!
