The Greatest Diamond Mines In the World Will Be Based Out of Canada! I am glad I own a piece of this history. The Southern NWT Diamond Play will be one of the richest in the world. I have been there and found the first diamond there in the Mckay Lake area in 1980 much prior to Charles Fipke to the north. Attention all Canadians: the Drunken Bilecki Recomends the following Southern NWT diamond plays: Winspear, Mountain Province, Camphor, Island Arc, Kalahari and Southernera. There is one other play of critical importance and that is at Victoria Island Debeers play with Ascot AOT and Major General.
