the reason AMTC bought Cook's business is the patented technology that came with it. Dennis, this patent is related to their customized-CD/internet-music venture. When this project was dropped, they transferred the title of the patent back to David Cook. CUST no longer controls the patent -they have retained a license to use it (in case they decide to re-incarnate themselves back to the internet-music business). This patent is not related to the internet transaction and DSS field (David Cook has no background in this area) Regards. Rajiv
