CUST does not have any patents. They have only said that they plan on filing for patents... This is a very small point at best and probably an inaccurate comment. The patents are being filed as we speak and many are pending. The filings are expected to be complete by the end of June. Excerpt from Joseph Charles May 13 report: 1. CustomTracks continues to file a substantial number of patents to ensure its technology is secure before its debut. Mr. Cook expects the patent filings will be complete by late June. 2. On or before June 30, depending on the completion date of the patent filings, both the Secure Internet Payment System and the Digital Signature Systems set will be previewed on CustomTracks' web site. ********* These patents are likely what are being protected by the lawsuit recently filed. Steps taken in order to insure that VRSN gets no intelligence until patents are completed and the proprietary products are on display.
