Will all the RBOCs be willing to open their networks as fast? "The majority of incumbents are waiting for the deadline to go into effect," says Khanna. This is big news for you know who and this last paragraph from the news release makes it appear that the access is a done deal. I appreciate the link.

Could this be why AOL opted put of the media one negotiations? I wouldn't be surprised.
