mg1041,

This is the on line brokerage for DLJ. EGRP is trading at 44.5 and amtd at 89, not 100.

At present price, it is trading at 35-36 X trailing revenues, slightly more that egrp and ameritrade at present levels. Providing DIR gains market share and grows revenues at an escalating pace, it should hold up nicely. Ameritrade and egrp are also down significantly from their highs. A return to those levels (43-55X trailing revenues) brings DIR to the 52-66 range. Their is also the case to be made here that the 65 million planned for advertising could take DLJ to the top spot and defie the trading multiples. imo.
