Russ the possible class action has always been studied and remains an option. The culmination of evidence is on-going. The latest arrivals' posts when appropriate are to be considered. If you would like I have the SEC's Internet Fraud Division's email address and can forward that to you. Rest assured russ you don't trade the shares that Medinah and NPEC have traded and not have "eyes" watching all of our posts. Just amazing though if all these "scam" claims were accurate don't you think the SEC would have moved in a year ago. Hmmmmmmmm, when the time is right there is plenty of evidence to be brought forth. Medinah management needs to focus on one thing and that is presenting the LiPangue and ADM to a major and getting the best deal for its shareholders....We can take care of the other issues...

I didn't buy Medinah shares because someone said "BUY MDHM !!" In fact no one ever said "BUY BUY BUY" on this thread, so what gives someone the right to say "DON'T BUY"! russn, it's encouraging to here your actions Steve

Please save your drivel..and Im excited to see you being so diligent in your reports ..now make sure to mention the 2 million that was stolen..People protecting that dwindling investment are a desperate bunch .....cant say I blame you..if i were you id want some flesh too...
