I just did another image and it only took 7 min. (Approx 2 GIG data) Copying from one HD to the other.

The first image I took was about 2 hours, and I believe that's from:
running with write verifies on (I read that could take 7 times longer), I also ran error checking the first time.

I run a Dell P2 450 Win98. c: IBM 7200 RPM HD d: 4.3 Fujitsu HD, 128 MB ram.

This last image was damn fast.
My average speed this time was 228 MB/min.

BTW
The HP CDRW has to run with DMA off. If it's on the access time is 10 times slower.
