City: Business Brief The Sunday Telegraph London PACE Micro Technology, the set-top box manufacturer, has teamed up with Diva UK to provide cable operators with video-on-demand services for the first time. The technology required to allow subscribers video on demand services is not possible through satellite platforms, giving cable operators a potential advantage over satellite rivals. Diva is believed to be in discussions with all the UK cable operators to deploy the video on demand service to subscribers, as well as being in talks with continental operators.
