El--- sounds like we just heard of the next CPQ exec to get the boot. I do not think Rosen is the type to put up with that kind of BS. If -- IF the BOD knew of and approved more than 1 claim against him then maybe things still stink in the ivory towers????? At the very least he sounds like he deserves the boot. EP will carry him on his coattails into his next position... give them both to HWP... <ggg> or DELL <GGGGG>.... I do not figure THAT will have an effect on the stock price but it seems evident they (mgmt) have not been operating in the traditional manner for awhile. Rudedog has suggested those changes are in progress now and managers attitudes are reverting to the traditional ones. 38 by Xmas---(I hope)
