BEWARE: ***This stock is overpriced by approximately 200%***

I am in total agreement with A Special One - anyone buying at the current level is overpaying. I wouldn't pay more than 50 - 75 cents, especially since future private placements will dilute the stock, and believe you me, they'll need the funds.

a special one- Catchy name from a Feudian perspective

First time Pyng poster I see. This is another interesting post you made on the Overpriced SI board.

"PYT (Pyng Medical) on the Vancouver Stock Exchange was recently identified as being overvalued by approx. 200%. Apparently, this stock was heavily promoted by West Coast Groups in early '98 and appreciated significantly as a result. However, the stock has depreciated since and apparently has not completed its correction. The appropriate level is said to be near 50 cents. So buyers beware!!!"

Who may I ask identified it as overvalued by 200%?

I would be very interested in why you think that "mass production" is a year off. If final design is complete, why do you think it will take so long to get production up and running. Also given the fact that Pyng has about .20 in cash how did you come up with a fair value of .50. I agree that management's comments going back to 1995 when commercialization was projected for 1997, 1997 when it was predicted for 1998 (still is on the website) constitute at the least an overly optimismic view of what it would take to bring the product to market.

Mike Jacobs plainly said in the Vancover Investor Forum interview that sales/mass production would begin "by Dec 99". I personally was praying that Mr. Jacobs was sandbagging with that comment. Given the recent share price performance and total lack of response to positive news because of in my opinion the discounting of all news based on unfullfilled past public statements. I hope that Pyng has learned that promising less and delivering more is the only way to build investor confidence.

Being admitedly a novice in the area of medical product commercialization, I can not see why it would take more 2-3 months to find suitable sources of production.

I would not catergorize myself as a "blindly gullable" Pyng promoter, but I do see huge potential. The fact that the military has stated they think the FAST 1 is the "appropriate choice" except in very narrow instances was very encouraging to me. This alone seems to prove that when Pyng is ready to ship there will be demand.

Please enlighten me on your hypothesis. I have alot of money tied up in Pyng and would appreciate it if you would share your revelations. I hope that you are not one of those pitiful souls that gets their rock off posting baseless statements to see if they can influence the stock. Surprise me and support your statements.

By the way, is your outlook as gloomy for PWTC its chart is similar to Pyng but seem to post very postive comments on it.

I look forward to your response.

Hmmmmm,

I am always weary of individuals creating a thread to bash a stock

#**PYT (Pyng Medical) should be trading at 50 cents**

Are you already short or are you looking to load up at much cheaper levels?

Oh by the way, you remind me of an SI poster who lost his privileges after a week. A friendly advice : watch what you post, where you post and to who you post!
