I've seen all that. The 32 million shares are outstanding and at this point the insiders have very little. There is an agreement that the entire 14 million shares of the 32 million won't be in the float for at least 10 years. Potentially the other 8 million could be in the float.

The 32 million shares would be almost all float. The management is on a lease agreement and stock incentives are being issued now. In essence the float could be the 32 million over time.

If you made a phone call Bard you would know this. With the revenues, contracts that this company will be signing even a 32 million float(outstanding shares wouldn't be much higher) is nothing.

I will forward your post to Ira Gentry for comment and I'm sure anyone that calls him Tuesday can ask him these questions.
