You could mirror whole site to your local drive;-}
Or you can write wget routines to offline only those subjects of interest to you.
Of course you may also have to write more powerful search functions for your pc, but there's plenty of freeware available.

Also, curious about your graphic designs. Do you use dual port rams or is that overkill?
