Question that needs to be answered: I got a reply back from wit to get into STRM and responded quickly, but found out that I had no money in my account. I called over there to see what was wrong with my account and was told i was going to get a reply back to my question very soon by email. Well its been 5 days and still have not recieved an answer, does anyone know who to contact besides the people that answer the phones that are mentally incapable of even doing that.
