I also use SuperCharts + OT and am quite pleased with the results.

Neither OT nor any other program is the philosopher's stone which will automatically turn market data into money. Anyone who expects that from any program is bound to be disappointed since no tool is better than its user. OT's job is to provide a painless method of sifting through candidates to help identify trading opportunities, but it cannot tell you what to do. In its latest incarnation (OT 4.0) it includes a realtime capability, but I only use it for EOD screening. I also only trade stocks so can't speak to OT's futures capabilities.

I've been to Omega's seminar on TradeStation 2000i (their latest release) and see no reason to spend the many thousands of dollars they want for it. I'm still waiting for their 32-bit update to SuperCharts which I understand is due out "real soon now".
