The Democrats deserve to be stuck with Clinton. Many of them were absolutely shameless in their spin and defense of the man. The comeback squid is stuck in his lies, immorality and incompetency. His efforts to get out of his hole have only resulted in lowering the stature of all those who work with him. People have finally learned to recognize all his tricks and no longer give him the benefit of the doubt. As to Gore, he forfeited the Presidency by declaring his con-artist of a boss would be remembered as one of the greatest US President ever.

If he stays in office for the remainder of his term and continues to be such a blatant screw up, the Democrats will be hard pressed even to win in your much-vaunted California. You should have tossed him over when you had the chance. California leans republican.... Jerry Brown was an anomaly, people still remember him and thats why they think theres extreme liberalism here. Jerry Brown was the son of moderate Pat Brown so its a long-serving political family. Theres only a few places like Berkeley and SF where things are really liberal, everywhere else is moderate or leaning right, especially LA. I just use California as an example of defeat snatched from the jaws of victory for the right, and the denial, etc. of the republican leadership here. I do think we have the very worst right now.
