Ken..... Since you so incessantly and flippantly provide your analysis, I think you owe EVERYONE your credentials. Or else, everyone has every reason to suspect that your motivations are to manipulate and are strictly plus solely self serving. Sincerely, ztect btw... Since when are building contractors, which is what you PM'd me you are, versed in the nonmemclature of very involved agreements? If you were ever a qualified investor and offered such an agreemnet, wouldn't you have your own attorney or attorneys review such an agreement before making any decisions. The three parts of the pp were nearly 45 pages with references to regs that one has to quickly surmised are beyond a building contractor to comprehend.
