Karim,

The OI ratio has been running no more than 16::1 and is usually much less. This week, for the first time in "history," (my history... been following that ratio for 20 years or so), it spiked to 40.

Here is a list of bullish stocks which are now trading over 25% over their 200 day simple MAs. The key is a rating value I give as to potential for profit in a mega sell-off situation... as you would expect, AOL tops the list.

AOL 7
JPM 5
SCH 5
ATI 3
ASND 3
HWP 3
TXN 3
MOT 2
SUNW 1

Remember the caveats, this is only Bill Huebl's opinion and not that of anyone else's. It is my humble opinion the sell-off will start the end of the week and be in full bloom the following week... BUT DON'T WAIT!!! Day-to-day timing is really difficult, and one day can make a difference of 1,000 points or more (say you heard it here first).

My projection for the bottom, if there IS one this year, is 7,900 by July 1st. But it is a long way down and when the selling starts in earnest (doesn't Ernie start EVERYTHING) Katie bar the door!

Good luck and don't say I didn't say so.

Bill
