Quarantine: company currently uses a two-week quarantine period, and once a given production run commences, says it can comfortably reduce that to one week. Purpose of quarantine is to verify that cells are holding charge. Reason for quarantine is to make sure they don't have any slip-ups from the start, as Lev quite correctly stated, 'Given the history of problems in this industry, we cannot afford to ship junk. We get one shot at this.'
