MH,

Did you ever buy any RMBS? I know you are intimately involved in the chipset
biz, do you have any opinion on how this will play out?

No, I have no RMBS. WRT what I do, I work in systems development, not chipsets or MPUs, but have experience with digital and analog (transmission line) simulation. As to how it will play out, unfortunately, IBM is probably the most astute in the industry at system simulation (which you'd use to determine performance with different variables, like memory, or DRAM latency and bandwidth) and high frequency data transmission simulation with SPICE, etc. And, they don't appear to be overwhelmed by what they see in DRDRAM. I wouldn't bet against IBM on this one, hope I'm wrong because I hold INTC. What happened to Tenchusatsu over here? Yo, Ten!
