Trusting in the Clinton administration's ability to collect and levy fines....

Please explain to me what Clinton or his administration has to do with the statutory powers of regulatory agencies like the SEC and the FTC.

Next thing we know you'll tell us that if HITT fails, it's naturally Clinton's fault.
