Patrick & Gregory, Agree. Vectorvest shouldn't be taken as a good investment advice since they normally give a" sell" when the stock is cheaper and "Buy" when the stock goes very high. What's interesting is that they pick up DCTC while they mostly offer FREE STOCK ANALYSIS to Nasdaq,Amex and NYSE stocks( just enter another OTC BB stock to see); Also it's the fact they've confirmed in FREE STOCK ANALYSIS DCTC was $2 1/4 in pinksheet at the end of May which was higher than it was at $2 1/8 when it was last traded as OTC BB stock at the end of April before Trading halt. Just some lights.
