Gladman.... without exception...forget OTM's...don't do it...more people have pm'd & e-mailed me about catastrophic losses using OTM;s...i know ive been there done that...many many times...it's just too much of a gamble...as "ALL" option trading... use ITM for the same dollar value...you won't believe what 3-4-5 calls can bring you, instead of 10-20-30...forget it Dave... as to being the "Option KING"...not in this lifetime...there are way better option traders than me here on SI..i'm head & shoulders better.. however...i can say ..if you keep it simple..just puts or calls...and use a small amount of your total capital...and cut your losses right then and there...don't ever think you'll "WAIT" and get the money back..uh uh, ain't gonna happen... also get a profit target right away..50%-100% max...no more no less...it's good enough.... watch your P's & Q's....have a good one...
