Michelle, Yea, I know KIS is a little over the edge on POS3. Unless you know someone involved in the transaction that has loose lips, no. As I tried to tell Glenn, there is no way to, at a minimum, verify such a transaction in time for us little fish to make any use of it. Frankly, depending on who did the transaction I don't believe they would be required to report anything and I can't see any reason they would call up the Wall Street Urnial or Financial Times to give them a scoop on it. I believe even Bezos could do such a transaction without reporting, but it has been a few years since I was up on all my reporting requirements.

I think there might be at least one more bounce in this sucker where shorting would be a good idea but shares are flooding into the trading float and attitudes are shifting, so who knows.
