Floydie... What about this stock in particular appeals to you. Just received their IPO Prospectus.. I refer you to the bottom of page 5.. 'We have a history of loses and anticipate that loses will continue'.. I guess the point of me writing this is to try to understand from someone ... why invest in EDGAR-ONLINE??? They only have NON-EXCLUSIVE rights from the SEC to use the name EDGAR.. Does this mean someone could start up another company and call it E-EDGAR.. The name is what initially drew me here...
