<No one knows who this guy is>.

Someone knows. Unfortunately we don't. That could be a good area of additional DD. I've heard both good and bad things about Kevin Brown. The good could be genuine or just blind allegiance, the bad could be misunderstanding, personality differences or jealousy. I prefer to focus on the few but vital facts we know:

1. The company is real
2. The contract is real
3. The contract as well as others in the past show admirable savvy by Kevin
4. The international focus and the contract show both a desire and the possibility to be a major player in the world
5. The current downfall of ABH strengthens HGRM's competitive position
6. Russia, with all of the arguments against the ability to pay and the viability of the holographic approach, seems to have made a commitment toward this Tax Stamp program, and seems to have ample motivation to make it work (ie make payments if they are able)

If there is one area with unanimous agreement it is the unhappiness with the audit situation and that it does not look good for HGRM. In fact, if the silence continues HGRM may be de-listed from the OTC BB when their turn to be addressed by the new eligibility rules comes around (I think late 99 or early 2000). But, that is too far ahead to be concerned about right now. The concern as far as timing goes is the first payment due by around the end of June. Audit or not, if it comes through surely the stock will react, right? Keep your fingers crossed.
