Thanks Ritch..

Let me start by saying...Mr. Civelli is no saint. He is well connected to some of the big pump and dump teams in the VSE and TSE and gets his hands dirty often. It was beautiful last year when these guys pumped NIR from .07 to $4.88 in 4 months..(Mr C. was in at .20 just before the run). However that being said...this guy doesn't lose money, especially when it is in his personal account.

All of the past private placements that I posted on Mr. C were found through CSW and VSE insider reports. CSW has a list of the private placements taken down by individuals or companies. The VSE insider reports lists stock owned by individuals and companies. This is how I found the past private placements on Mr. Civelli.

techstocks.com

However just when I thought I had dug up everything on JDX and its directors I find a whole other piece of information. When you mentioned the deals in Vancover that I hadn't heard of a light bulb went off, could Mr. C be associated with a private company. Today I signed up for VSE info to see what you were talking about. Normally I don't play VSE stocks so I cancelled my VSE info account a while ago...I signed back up just to check out are Mr. Civelli.

It turns out that Mr Civelli is benefical owner of Clarion Finanz AG. This is a company that does private placements for companies on the VSE. This didn't show up on my previous research because I didn't have a clue he was the owner of this company and it didn't show up on any of the other sites.

Well I checked out every private placement done by Clarion Finanz AG to see if there was a pattern. See the next post for the results.

Best Regards
KEITH

One more trade that was done though his personal account that I missed during the last dig session on Mr. Civelli:

Aug/96 took down 100,000 of NMR at $1.76
NMR hit $8 by Feb/97 and is presently $5

These are the Private Placements made by Clarion Finanz AG (Benefical Owner - Carlos Civelli) found through VSE info. These are in order from best to worst.

Nov/96 took down 110,000 of UP at $1.15
UP hit $6 by Feb/97 and peaked at $8 on Nov/97

Sept 5/97 took down 500,000 of RDL at $1
RDL hit $2.25 in April 98

May/97 took down 500,000 of RIS at $1.50
Aug/97 took down 75,000 of RIS at $2.00
RIS hit $3.80 in March 98

Oct/98 took down 400,000 of PTD at .25
May/98 took down 571,000 of PTD at .35
PTD ran to .47 in April 99 and is now .20.

Nov/97 took down 100,000 of MJS at .50
MJS traded at $1 from March-April/98 but has since dropped to .25

March/98 took down 315,000 of QTA at .20
The price was .60 when he got the PP but has now sunk to .12

Feb/98 took down 100,000 of CZI at .15
March/98 took down 75,000 of CZI at .50
CZI traded at .70 from Feb-June/98 but sunk after that

March/97 took down 100,000 of AQI at $1
The stock sunk shortly after.

So what is the pattern?

On all of the trades done through his personal account (NMR, NIR, SLU, etc.) he has made a small fortune. The stocks have all gone up several 100% within 6 months of Mr. Civelli taking down a private placement (NIR 2400%).

On the trades through Clarion Finanz AG..

The three involving big money UP, RIS and RDL all more than double 6- months to a year after the private placement was taken down. In the case of UP it went up 800%.

The private placement for PTD is fairly recent...although it ran to .47 last month I bet these guys plan to pump this one up one more time in the future.

The other private placements didn't really do much although if he dumped at the right time he would have made some cash. All of them were for small sums of cash ($20-50,000) However my guess is that these private placements were one back scratching another. He buddies were in the company so he takes down a small private placement. The announcement of a private placement usually pumps up the price and volume of a company temporarily and so his buddies can get out for way more shares than Mr. C bought.

So here is the kicker to the whole story. Now that I think I know how Mr. Civelli operates....out of all the private placements and public buys he has done....he owns more stock in money value in JDX (1,441,666 shares at .50-.70 and 600,000 options at .60-.81) than any other company he has ever dealt with.

I will leave it up to everyone else to figure out what the price of JDX is going to do in the next 6 months. I have my fingers crossed that history will repeat itself one more time.

Best Regards
