Does Intel have something against Nvidia ???

The new boards have "internal 800mbps AGP" - No AGP slot !

Here's Anand's review:

And one from TC Computers with mfgr links:
tccomputers.com

What's the point ???
None of the TNT2 cards have PCI !

Did I miss something here ???
Or do I short NVDA and DIMD Tuesday AM & go longer TDFX ???

Chip,

Profitability is king. This is true in any business.

Unless all their financials are faked (like pre-KenP S3), Nvidia seems to have turned their tide of red ink around, their last two quarters have been quite impressive. I'd be very careful about dismissing them too easily.

JMHO.

All I know is that the current mob of board makers offering TNT2 boards can't last. Consolidation will occur. Consolidation should cause some confusion which will help 3fdx in the long run.
