Tony,OTOTOT Can't quite put my finger on it. Did you take an assertiveness course, or something? (Feel free to tell me where to get off, if you want ;-)). That's funny Tony! You're great. I guess the best answer would be that after reading and being exposed to you and Paul, Barry, Jules, Larry, Ibexx and so many more here for 3 years some of the knowledge is starting to sink in. :-) But semi-seriously...No I haven't taken any assertiveness courses. However, I have been studying the theories of management, and been working the better part of a year to pass something called the "ASQ Certified Quality Manager Exam". (Which I recently passed!) I'm also knee deep working on my Masters in Organizational Leadership and must have read over a hundred books in the last year in the theories of management. I find the subject fascinating, and I guess I'm what you might called addicted to learning more...<vbg> Michael
