They are at full capacity and can't handle anymore at least anything substantial until they finish a previous project.

When was the last time you saw a major contract announcement?

If they can sustain their growth through acquisitions that would be real growth. They didn't do 106MM in sales last year without major growth through buying other companies. My question, are there enough companies out there that fit IFCI's guidelines for purchasing companies? Seems to me we need to have another couple good years of acquisitions.
