RE: XYBRW!

I'm sorry for being unclear about my information. I strongly believe the management will extend the warrants. The company needs the extra $15m (or whatever the amount may be) and they will not turn down these warrants. It seems that Ed Newman is concerned about his warrant shareholders and wants the best for them. I have asked the management about the warrants in the past (december 98), and they told me that they will extend the date if the price doesn't reach the strike price. Keep in mind that the management strongly believed the price will be up there and he/they had no idea the price will turn out to be the way it is today.
It seems that the company hates, let me say that again HATES, daytraders and short sellers. When Newman asked asked Bill to do the Warrant survey, he wanted to know if these warrants are being held by daytraders or by actual long term believers in the company.
I personally believe majority of the warrants are held by loyal investors that had/have trust in the company and that they want to convert every warrant.
The board meeting is coming up. I think the meeting is scheduled for beginning of June.

stay calm and great luck to all.

Everything in my opinion.
