If AMZN needs to distinguish itself from other online booksellers, it must be by the quality of service more than price. Art, You hit the nail on the head. Tell you what? I buy my music, books and videos from AMZN. I dont even bother to go elsewhere? Why? 'Cos I can get all three in one place! I dont have to keep bouncing around to locate stuff. Also, AMZN keeps a history of what you bought. You ask yourself? Did I buy that CD yet? I just go to AMZN and click on history. Amazing. Show me another web site that is as convenient and cheaper, and I might switch. Until then, the others are just also ran. ---Olu E.
