ASO, Is that the only argument you have to back up the following statements: The news release claiming the field trials were completed was an outright lie! This guy Jacobs is a liar, straight out. I don't trust Jacobs at all given the fact that he put out a falsified statement suggesting all the field trials were completed Because if it is, I would be worried about my financial well being. If MJ decides to file a suit for liber/slander, I don't see how you will defend yourself... There are several ways to interpret a PR. Pyng Medical Corp. selected to do field trials at multiple sites in America and Canada so that paramedics and emergency doctors could evaluate the F.A.S.T. 1 System in a real emergency environment. The trials established the life saving/time saving benefits of the F.A.S.T. 1 System, as well as provide valuable input for both product and performance improvements, most of which was incorporated into the product during this process Litteral interpretation / Contextual interpretation / Historical interpretation .... Now, WHAT IF we are talking about trials conducted for independent purposes? PYNG's PR relating to its field trials allowing the latter to establish the life saving/time saving benefits of the F.A.S.T. 1 System, as well as provide valuable input for both product and performance improvements Your post referring to trials conducted by said sites to see if they would be interested in ordering the product OR to see if said product complies with state laws/regulations? Are you sure the conclusion of field trials does not imply that pyng has acquired enough data to go to mass production from the 150 uses. The trials continue as can been seen in this part of the release further on All performance criteria that Pyng Medical Corp. set out to demonstrate from field trials have been met with approximately 150 uses to date in the civilian and military field trial locations. Field trial sites also have on hand a similar amount of units that will also provide continued clinical evidence to Pyng Medical Corp. for use in medical publications, media coverage, and marketing.
