Kevin,

sometimes it's better to just buy into a company rather than time an entry point (or exit point). I've missed some really great moves because I waited or tried to chase a stock. I recall one that I kept chasing for two weeks by continually raising my limit price (but always below the ask) until I realized that this was costing me dearly; it made a ten point move which I missed since I was always 1/8 behind.
