You had asked about why Medinah would hype by a press release unless it is to raise the share price. I would tend to agree that the press release is certainly intended to raise the price. If you look at the recent history of this company, the logical conclusion is that it is cash poor and that it has had to dilute to continue funding of drilling, assays, attorney's fees (cusip change and Dayton), etc. Using a press release to raise the share price ideally accomplishes two things. The first is enables necessary dilution to be kept to a minimum, and the second involves the primary goal of a company employee. In a sense, the single purpose of a corporate officer is to enhance shareholder value. There is no other reason. This seems so obvious to me that I don't understand why you presented your question as if there is anything wrong with it. Am I missing something?
