I doubt it, AMAT has an excellent inventory control system, almost "on time" and I doubt that they would order for the next quarter, unless of course, these parts need to be "reworked" at AMAT to a considerable extent. I can't see that. Maybe there were some cancelations since the CC that no one could have suspected, but this is still worrisome. Maybe Ian can shed a little light on this, I'll provide the soap box(g).

In AMAT's CC a few weeks ago, Applied said billings and bookings would both be higher in the current quarter. Applied itself seems to be manufacturing constrained as indicated by this recent article.
