Don't look to Globablstar for marketing. Look to its SP partners, AirTouch, Vodafone, et. al. They will do the marketing and they know how. It looks like ICO maybe going down Iridium's road by trying to bypass the SP's or not giving them proper incentives. One of Iridium's shortcomings is that it tried to bypass the SP's and become a new and separate phone company. Globalstar is not going that route thank goodness.
