>I am guessing that even if one had cancer, that with some sort of proper nutritional
handling (which I have no idea what it could be) the body could actually throw off the
disease and heal itself.<

I don't know about that one. Good nutrition can go a long way toward preventing cancer. But cancer is a mutation. Like throwing a switch. The cells lose their good manners and just decide to take over. Once the cancer is there, I don't think just nutrition will be enough to undo it. Jmho

I guess I'm a big believer in food chemicals. Professional courtesy? I seek out BHT because it is an antioxidant. I tolerate NutraSweet because the alternative is 1000 calories a day of pure cane sugar. Even I know that can't be good. :-)

<<I have, in my research, come across some stuff on breast cancer. Fortunately I am not a candidate, but I had an idea. >>

Men get it too but not as often. Prostrate cancer happens more than breast cancer but that is not a women's issue.

It has been 15 months for me. I think you are on to something regarding the nutrition aspects. You have a right to be proud after 3 days. I still don't smoke one day at a time. I sympathize with everyone who is still addicted. I am proud of everyone who has quit.

Bottomline: I didn't smoke today.

Bottomline: It is a filthy, nasty, horrible, addiction.

Bottomline: If there were no health risks or side-effects, and if it didn't make me, my house and my car stink, I'd start again immediately.
