The quotes they cited sound ever so much more credible than the "Chinese nuclear apocalypse" stuff being thrown around by those in a position to gain politically from embarrassing the government. The idea of the Congressional committee basing its report almost entirely on a single document deliberately leaked by the Chinese Intelligence services - and using that document to accuse the administration of selling out to the Chinese - holds a fair degree of irony. Definitely a best-seller in there somewhere.
