Are you suggesting "page prediction" sort of like branch prediction?

There are a lot of games that can potentially be played, but I was thinking more specifically of the fact that the CPU and graphics can communicate their needs to each other much earlier in an integrated system, and start precharging or opening banks many clocks sooner.

That is why MXi had so much promise ;^((
